José Luis aims for the gold
José Luis Consuelo Rangel is a 5° semester student and part of the Bosques F.C. squad, but as a lot of you should know he is a paddle tennis player and he is aiming high.
José Luis started at the age of 17 showing good abilities in the sport, he practiced and competed for a year but he stopped for another year because of his exchange to France where he wasn't able to play. Jose Luis returned to the sport two months ago and quickly joined the competitive world again getting the third place in his local club tournament last month.
We had the chance to talk with him about his future in sport:
"I'm happy with my return to the sport and I'm looking forward to competing for more. I'm focused a lot in school but I'm still training and I'm aiming for the first place in a 3° or 2° division tournament."
José Luis, the only paddle tennis player in Bosques has set some goals for his future competitions and we wish him success in achieving those goals from all the team of The Quill!
