JP: Well, I think the movie was good, I didn’t see the anime, and about what I have heard the movie wasn’t well elaborated, because it was missing a story to tell, but I liked the movie.

Me: What can you tell about the characters?

JP: I would have like that Ryuk’s character was deeper, I think they didn’t showed his true capability in the movie.

Me: Did you like the end of the movie?

JP: I liked the part when he predicted the death of his girlfriend and how he ended in the water, but I also wanted to know more about his family and his relationship with Ryuk.

Me: What do you think about the movie?

Teacher: I didn’t like it, I didn’t even finish it.

Me: You think the characters in the movie were in some way the same like in the anime?

Teacher: No, because they changed ethnically the characters from Japanese into white people.

Me: Do you think this movie was worth it?

Teacher: Yes, because now the people might be curious about the anime and might want to watch it.
